How to Implement with Chatra Chat – via saved reply

Setting up your Successify surveys with Chatra Chat is done through saved replies – chance is that you’re already using them to make your and the lives of your customers easier.

  1. To add a saved reply, just click the saved reply icon from the left side menu.
  2. From here you can search your saved replies and see a small preview before inserting.
  3. Once you add your saved reply it will be available by starting a slash command in your chat:
